Grilled a couple of these medium ears straight from the garden and the kernels came out sweet and tender, no butter needed. The medium size is perfect for a single serving, which I appreciated since I hate wasting leftovers.

Picked these medium ears right off the stalk and boiled them within the hour, and the kernels came out plump and sweet with barely any of that starchy aftertaste. The medium size is just right for a single serving, so nothing goes to waste. Genuinely the best corn I've had in years.
