Grilled these medium ears right after picking and the kernels stayed soft and sweet without turning mushy. The size is perfect for a single serving, though I kinda wished I'd grabbed more.

Boiled a couple of these medium ears for dinner and the kernels came out so soft and sweet, no butter needed. The cobs were a good size, not the giant ones you sometimes get that turn starchy.

The husk peeled back cleanly and the kernels were that perfect medium softness, sweet and juicy without being mushy. I cut it off the cob and threw it in a salad, but honestly, I ate half of it raw right there in the kitchen before dinner even started.
