I was skeptical about the wave-like pattern, but that spiral carve really does create a unique sensation you don't get from a standard sleeve. It's subtle but definitely adds a new dimension to the experience.

The spiraling ridges inside are way more intense than the smooth ones I've used before, and they hit spots I didn't even know were sensitive. Took a couple minutes to figure out the best angle, but once I did it was worth it.

I wasn't sure the wave-like ridges would make much difference, but they hit in a way a plain straight interior never did. The spiraling folds catch you at different points as you go, so it never feels repetitive. Easily the best one I've tried.
