玉米棒

The kernels are so sweet and tender right off the stalk, and I love that you can taste the sun in every bite. I grilled a few ears with butter and salt, and the char brought out a perfect smoky flavor.

Holding the ear still warm from the garden, I could feel the sun was trapped in every single kernel. The cob itself is firm and perfectly formed, making it a joy to husk and cook. Exactly the kind of pure, sweet flavor you work all day for.

Grilled these straight off the stalk from my garden and the kernels popped with this sweet, almost buttery juice. Way better than anything I've grabbed at the store.
