Took this Dutch out on a solo night sail and the way it handles the chop is incredible—the deep hull design cuts through swells like nothing else I've owned. The waterproof storage compartment kept my gear bone dry even when a rogue wave hit the deck.

I wasn't sure what to expect from a sea legend, but the way it pulls you into that dark, underwater world is incredibly immersive. The tension in the narrative feels so real, like you're actually holding your breath with the sailors.

The way the tension builds from the first chapter had me reading way past midnight, and the world-building around the sea beast feels genuinely eerie. I've never been this gripped by a story about sailors and whatever's waiting under the waves.
